I can see real time data from Interactive Brokers without nay problems. But I cannot get Real-time SirraChart Data. I can see from SC only Historical data. You need to connect Sierra Chart to your Live Interactive Brokers account from Sierra Chart and then you will receive the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures data feed. In your manual is stated: When the market data feed agreement is approved and you have enabled the market data feed on your account, then you are ready to receive the data feed. You will get a notification email. At this time, restart Sierra Chart if it is already running. If you do not receive the notification email within 24 hours, please start an Account Support Ticket about this. I have checked my emailbox and i have not received the notification email. I tried install sierra in another my computer and i have the same problem. |

Your account is enabled for the Sierra Chart data feed and the market data feed agreement is approved. Not sure why you did not get the email. Probably it got filtered by a junk mail filter. The data feed provides real-time CME futures with an exchange fee waiver which requires a connection to a live trading account. I do not have any problem to connect IB. I can see realtime data from IB and Sierra with IB works. Only SC realtime datafeed does not work. Your chart is not set up correctly. Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol needs to be set to the Interactive Brokers symbol. Press the Find button beside it. Select the Interactive Brokers instance (Interactive Brokers [This Instance]) and reselect the correct symbol from the list of symbols. You should not be using chart data from a remote copy/instance. You can see the Sierra Chart real-time data in another instance of Sierra Chart not connected to Interactive Brokers, by selecting the Interactive Brokers instance in the Find Symbol window and using those symbols.

It is possible we were not completely clear and misunderstood what you are saying and showing. In the Interactive Brokers instance, you need to set the "Symbol", to the Interactive Brokers symbol.
