Unable to log in to Sierra Chart

I just finished setting up Sierra Chart and populated the fields in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" with my user name and password. When I click OK and the software loads my charts the connection window says NOT Connected. I have verifed the correct USER Name and Password are loaded. I get an additional window popup that states: Connection error message from service: CQGWebAPI|Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect.|.....

Please advise.

I am trying to login on another computer at another property I own. I am not logged in to my normal computer. I am getting a username/password error message. Please advise.

I have no problem logging in when home. I have a second computer at another property I own and am unable to login with despite having reinstalled the Sierra Chart software twice. I get a message saying "invalid Account Name or password". The issue is logging into Sierra Charts.... I am using the same login and password that I use on the other computer and to access this website. Please advise.

It is not clear for us whether you have a problem logging into Sierra Chart or connecting to the external data/trading service. Let us know. We explain this in detail here:
