I just finished setting up Sierra Chart and populated the fields in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" with my user name and password. When I click OK and the software loads my charts the connection window says NOT Connected. I have verifed the correct USER Name and Password are loaded. I get an additional window popup that states: Connection error message from service: CQGWebAPI|Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect.|.....

Please advise.
