No Longer getting real time data after making payment

I'm in the SMB Tryout which uses Sierra Charts linked to rithmic as the broker, and today I got a warning that I needed to make a payment to continue services. I made the payment but then real time data stopped coming through. I made sure forms were filled out, not sure why im no longer getting realtime data, please help. Thanks

Everything in your Sierra Chart account looks good, including the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
