Good morning, I did a live trade last night and purchased the Micro British pound. I went long and got in at 1.2919 and set a rule of Triggered Trail Stop ..indicating I had a 10 Ticks Stop Offset for protection if price went south to 1.2909. Also, within that Triggered Trail Stop, I set a Trigger Offset of 4 Ticks and a Trail Offset of 6 Ticks... so when I got up this morning and checked, looks like I got stopped out at 1.2909...but upon looking at the chart, I do see that price did go my way and went up to 1.2932 before heading south..that means the Trigger offset and Trail offset did not work or I would have been stopped out when price went back down to 1.2928... Can you please look at why my platform is not doing what it's suppose to do... |

Anytime there is a modification of a trailing order including when the trigger has been met this is logged in the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Refer to that to see if it occurred but perhaps there was a rejection by the external service.
