I just setup an account with Stage 5 Trading using GainCapital/OEC data trying to connect my SC charts to the Data feed having problems

Its still not working I paid for all this data and Im still not connected Im on GAIN capital/OEC but it says (NOt Enabled on Package) what does that mean and I have package 3 which is the top package and I setup for denali and I still cant get connected

Follow the instructions at the following link to force a login and make sure that your software is properly authorized.
