Hi,

I have a trial for Denali Exchange #11 Nymex which worked well until several days ago although the trial period is supposed to continue till Oct 31.

I also thought that the data feed will automatically revert back to my broker Interactivebrokers if the Denali feed is discontinued but currently I am not getting any live feed at all. The symbols of interest ar GC and ZN.

Pls advise.

Thanks

You currently have the CME and NYMEX exchanges activated. These symbols are on COMEX and CBOT respectively:
GC and ZN.

Activate those exchanges here:

Thanks for your response.

The symbols from the IB List are

GC-201912-NYMEX
ZN-201912-ECBOT

These symbols are updating normally with IB's charts but not in Sierrachart. When I delete and downloaded a segment of the charts, it appears up to date but do not receive live data. Otherwise all other charts in SC are functioning normally. I've contacted IB who said that their symbols have not changed.

Any suggestions please.

Thanks

The most reliable thing is for you to cancel the two exchanges you have active for the Denali exchange data feed here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

And then activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange
