Thanks for your response. The symbols from the IB List are GC-201912-NYMEX ZN-201912-ECBOT These symbols are updating normally with IB's charts but not in Sierrachart. When I delete and downloaded a segment of the charts, it appears up to date but do not receive live data. Otherwise all other charts in SC are functioning normally. I've contacted IB who said that their symbols have not changed. Any suggestions please. Thanks |
