Hello Support,

I am attempting to set up the Sierra data feed with my Ameritrade service but I am not receiving the data. One situation I noticed is that the system seems to be asking for more credit. At this time, I only plan to use one platform for the data, why do I need to pay an additional 20.23 ? Please advise.

Thank you,

Bookert4 ( Scott )

Your account is enabled for the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures data feed.

Is your Ameritrade account funded? It should have at least 500 USD in it.

The 20.23USD that you see, is the additional balance you have on your account.

Open up a futures chart in the copy of Sierra Chart connected to TD Ameritrade and then provide us a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log

We will see what the problem is.

The requirement to have 500 USD in it, is not yet implemented. You should be able to get the data feed now. Please provide a copy of the Message Log after opening a futures chart, by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log

We can get this sorted out for you now.

Two problems:

1. You need to follow step number 9 & 10 here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions

2. You are not using the correct symbol. Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol.

And it is going to be a requirement, that you have at least 500 USD in your TD Ameritrade account to get this data feed. This is a CME requirement that you have a funded trading account.
