Hello, I am following the instructions here: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time I am currently running 1 main instance and 1 sub instance of SierraChart, both using Denali Data and SC order routing. I want to add another separate copy of SC in order to trade with a Rithmic account. On the separate Rithmic copy of SC, I can't seem to get the real-time Denali feed going. It seems I am getting historical data, but not real time data. I am also able to successfully place trades with Rithmic. I have submitted a message log. |

I have tried setting Real-Time Data Client to: Generic sub-clients, SC exchange data service sub-client 1, 2... Any idea what the settings I need to make this work? Symbol Service Code: blank Historical Chart Symbol: ES?## Use Pattern Matching: Yes Error Filtering: off SC Data Symbol: ES?## SC Data Multiplier: 1 SC Data Service Code: cme Generic Sub-Client Server Address: 127.0.0.1:11099 Historical Data Server: 127.0.0.1:11098 Historical Daily Data Source: DTC Historical Historical Intraday Data Source: DTC Historical Real-Time Data Client: generic sub-clients = no real time data SC exchange data service sub-client 1 = no real time data SC exchange data service sub-client 2 = I did get some data, but it was missing depth for some levels in the DOM, so not sure that this was correct. |

I am currently running 1 main instance and 1 sub instance of SierraChart, both using Denali Data and SC order routing. Make sure you are doing this properly. The method is described here:Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance Only use the method linked to above. Do not do anything you did in post #2 and that is far beyond our technical support to help with that. Revert all that you did in that regard. I want to add another separate copy of SC in order to trade with a Rithmic account. To accomplish this, simply install another copy of Sierra Chart configured to use Rithmic and then follow the instructions here:Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Main instance and sub instance are working great, per new instance instructions. However, it is the separate copy of SC that is having issues. If I understand what you are saying, I should just setup the separate Rithmic copy of SC to just connect to SC real time data directly and forget about trying to use the existing real-time data feed from the separate main instance above, through the DTC server? |

No that is not what we are saying. In the other instance of Sierra Chart connected to Rithmic, just follow the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
