I am currently running 1 main instance and 1 sub instance of SierraChart, both using Denali Data and SC order routing. Make sure you are doing this properly. The method is described here:Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance Only use the method linked to above. Do not do anything you did in post #2 and that is far beyond our technical support to help with that. Revert all that you did in that regard. I want to add another separate copy of SC in order to trade with a Rithmic account.
