There is a 4 minute delay in updating my intraday ES chart at the start of RTH. I also have a daily ES in the chartbook. The other charts in the chartbook for NISS-NYSE and TICK-NYSE update in real time with no delay. Thank you for your time. The session start time is 09:30:00. At that time the intraday ES chart shows yesterday's closing time and price. Both the Tick and AD charts show the correct time with current data, however the ES chart appears to be frozen until approximatley 09:34 when the timestamp changes and realtime data is displayed. At that time a message that historical data has been updated is also displayed. How / where do I change the maximum buffer size, and what are the quidelines to change it too?

The delay of the Intraday ES chart has happened again twice today; once at the RTH open (9:30 ET) and again at approx 11:00 ET. As a reminder I also have a NYSE Tick and AD chart open and both of those charts continued to receive realtime data with no delay. The user has been called and we enabled the option for low bandwidth. The user is using a Rural area non-satellite wireless Internet connection. We are also working on an optimization for the data feed which should reduce the bandwidth about 40%. Another possibility is to switch to our other data feed which is called Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is using a different ISP and maybe that would help. We did specifically monitor for any thing unusual at the open this morning and did not notice anything unusual. The bandwidth usage was quite low and did not go above 65 Mb. This is well below capacity of the connection.

Switching to the low bandwidth setting seems to have fixed the problem. I have not noticed any delay since changing the setting 3 days ago. Thanks for your help.
