The user has been called and we enabled the option for low bandwidth. The user is using a Rural area non-satellite wireless Internet connection. We are also working on an optimization for the data feed which should reduce the bandwidth about 40%. Another possibility is to switch to our other data feed which is called Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is using a different ISP and maybe that would help.
