Hello, I apologize for the bother and will make this as concise as possible. when I started trading several months ago I opened an account with Infinity Futures who I believe uses Transact software, I did not end up funding the account and rather deposited my funds with Tradovate because their fees were slightly lower and I was still able to use SC with them. My current Data and order routing is through CQG. Yesterday when I went from SIM to live trading I was not able to place orders and kept getting this error message in my trade service log

"flagging to reload, symbol (unset), trade account (unset)
Trade order error- CQG order update. Status REJECTED Text: Trader is not authorized for this account. Internal order ID: 798549 service order ID:1996768736. Symbol F.US.MNQZ19"

Please know that I have spent the last day trying to figure this out on my own but I am unable to resolve. What I think has happened is that my trial period for my infinity futures account (transact) has expired because I never funded, This whole time I have somehow been using my tradovate account with transact software and now things are not linking up correctly. I am not good with computers and am scared to remove SC from my computer because I don't want to loose the chatbooks I have been building this whole time. I tried updating to the latest version of SC and I think it may have something to do with the installation path in my data files folder because it says TransactMA\Data\ and so do my chart image folder and daily data editor folder. Can you please help? I am hoping it may be as simple as changing or updating the correct settings but I am scared to loose all my chartbooks, I would rather take my funds from tradovate and deposit them with infinity and pay the higher commissions than loose the work I have done in SC.

One last thing, I have been trying to build a heatmap with the MDHG study and want full market depth instead of just 10 levels, I would love to change over to the Denali Exchange and order routing through SC but a while back I had issues with CQG not keeping up with the market at high volume times and looked into changing over then, if I remember correctly I as not able to do so because I was with Tradovate. As I am reviewing the Denali information right now I cant find the list that tradovate was not a part of. It almost looks like the list from which you must have an account with has changed from the brokers to the clearing firms and my clearing firm is Doorman Trading which is on the list, does this mean I could now change to the Denali Exchange? Thanks for your help, I hope this all makes sense and please let me know if there is anything else you need from me to get my live account working again.

Thanks

You need to ask your broker about any order rejection message:

Trade order error- CQG order update. Status REJECTED Text: Trader is not authorized for this account. Internal order ID: 798549 service order ID:1996768736. Symbol F.US.MNQZ19"
We cannot help with these.

What I think has happened is that my trial period for my infinity futures account (transact) has expired because I never funded, This whole time I have somehow been using my tradovate account with transact software and now things are not linking up correctly.
There is definitely no problem here at all related to this.

You just need to contact your broker about the above rejection.

The installation location of Sierra Chart on your system is fine as well. It is in the default folder used for Transact users but there is no problem with that. It can remain that way always.

You can stay with your broker Tradeovate and still use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

Thank you for your help this morning, my broker was able to resolve the order rejection message immediately. Also I would very much like to change from CQG over to Denali Exchange however when I contacted my broker (Tradovate) to confirm with them and begin the process they contacted me back stating that they would be unable to do this because they do not have connectivity to TT (Trading Technologies). My clearing firm is Doorman trading so I am very hopeful that they are wrong and I am still able to change over to Denali but what should I say to them to say to them in regards to what they told me about TT? Thanks in advance.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is just a data feed and it works with CQG. It is not a trading account. Just follow the setup instructions here:

Great! One last question, would this still include SC Futures Order Routing Service with server managed OCO and bracket orders? Or would I only be able to get the Data from Denali because Tradovate does not have connectivity with TT? Either way I will still most likely move forward as I want the increased market depth. Thanks in advance.

It only includes the market data. But you are using CQG so you do have server-side OCO orders but not bracket orders.
