SC Data Missing Bars after Renewing

Hi there, I forgot to renew my sierra chart data before the end of the month, so they got cancelled and I had to renew, but after I did that, i found out that if a ticker is not on my chart before the market open and i open it during the market hour, some of the data on my 5min chart is missing. I remember the same thing happened a while ago when i renewed the data after the month end, and needed you guys to reset something in the back end to fix that problem. Please help me with that, thanks!

This issue is not related to the Sierra Chart account status or when you renewed. There is some other technical problem on your side. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
