OK got it. Which version of sierra chart must I have loaded because version 1983 will not connect to the Transact websocket. Will I have to continue loading older versions to have the ability to connect with Transact for this monthly confirmation only to have to reload the latest version upon completing the confirmation process.

OK I downloaded prior versions 1941 and 1975 and attempted to connect each to Transact WS. Both attempts failed with error messages implying the package 5 is not supported. What do I do now? I have spent the last 5 plus hours trying to resolve this matter.

Please do not change Sierra Chart versions. We are not asking you to do this or make things complicated.

If you are still having a connection problem to Transact then know that we have contacted them about this. They are responsible for the connections . Not us.

Both attempts failed with error messages implying the package 5 is not supported.
