Cant format or change dom columns to fit

I have spent hours clicking and reading support documentation. I cannot find a way to fit two charts to a screen, one as a simple candlestick chart, and the other as the dom. The dom has a volume profile and other columns. I cannot format the dom where i can see the columns. Scaling, autosize, and other features will not make the columns in the dom scale where i can see them. If i cant see the columns, i can never subscribe to use this service.

We are not sure exactly what the issue is that you are referring to. Our best guess is that you are having trouble sizing the column widths in the DOM. While i am very frustrated, I think that the documentation is very good in most areas. I cannot find out how to make the columns of the dom fit the screen. I must be searching for and reading the wrong information because i have set up studies on the charts related to the documentation for the numbers bars indicators, imbalances, and other studies as shown in the attached picture that i think are more complex. I simply cannot format and make the columns of the dom fit the screen. I cannot find the documentation on how to format the columns and make it fit. I am willing to read the information and figure it out, but i cannot find the information. The horizontal and vertical scales are strange. There must be settings to shrink the volume profile, where the price and other items are visible. I have attempted to attach a picture or screenshot, but i cant get that to work and I dont find the instructions helpful - To upload an image of a chart from Sierra Chart follow the screenshot/image instructions instead. Please do not use this method here - i am reading this extremely prescriptively and I dont find this helpful; it is as if it says do this, but dont do this, and i respectfully dont know know what this is "this" or what is "this" and to follow some other instruction that I cannot find! And, if 50% or more of charts are disregarded, i dont know how to send the information to you. I need all of the columns on the dom to be visible adjacent to the chart that i am using. My screen is just a chart with studies and an adjacent chart for the dom. I cannot see all of the columns in teh dom. I need to see all of the columns in the dom. Thank you in advance for helpinhg. If you want to call me, i will pay. I just need this to work and i cannot find the documentation.

This sounds like it is just a matter of understanding how to get the setup you are looking for, but we really need to see an image in order to understand what is happening, as there are a few different possibilities that we can think of that may be what you are asking about. To take a screenshot for us to see just select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays. This will then give you a browser link that will be put on your clipboard when you select Yes to the popup message. Just paste that link into your response to this thread. If you have a separate Trading DOM window that is moved to the back when you select the Edit menu, and therefore will not be part of the screenshot, then first select Window >> Always on Top on that Trading DOM and move the window somewhere so we can see both it and the parts of the chart that we need to see, then do the screenshot as above. I also opened an account at AMP and subscribed, i log in with my creditials and the charts do not have current data. Do you have a checklist that i can use to figure out why this will not work? |

It looks like you just need to add the columns you want to the DOM.
