This sounds like it is just a matter of understanding how to get the setup you are looking for, but we really need to see an image in order to understand what is happening, as there are a few different possibilities that we can think of that may be what you are asking about. To take a screenshot for us to see just select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays. This will then give you a browser link that will be put on your clipboard when you select Yes to the popup message. Just paste that link into your response to this thread. If you have a separate Trading DOM window that is moved to the back when you select the Edit menu, and therefore will not be part of the screenshot, then first select Window >> Always on Top on that Trading DOM and move the window somewhere so we can see both it and the parts of the chart that we need to see, then do the screenshot as above.
