My data/trade feed for cryptocurrencies is blank, I have updated 3 times and restar tSierra 4 times and still the data feed is blank, please help me asap as this is the only reason I signed up to Sierra for this data feed. Thanks. |

We will fix that exception issue but you are using the wrong service. Do not use Bloomberg. Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to Cryptocurrencies Data-DTC.
