Daily PnL not indicating correctly

I'm having two issues with DAILY PnL:

1. The Trade Window DPL box will fluctuate even though I have no trade on or even long after I exited a trade. I.e., my last trade today was this morning after which DPL box in the Trade window indicated 9.25 points. After placing no further trades, a few hours later I noticed DPL indicated 16.5 points. 5 minutes later it read 9.25 Points (no trade taken to reduce DPL). Still reads 9.25 points. Why does it fluctuate when no trades are effecting in real time?

2. TRADE>TRADE ORDERS AND POSITIONS>BALANCE TAB (not Balance in Menu line, BALANCE TAB). When I open the BALANCE TAB it shows the following:
TRADE ACCOUNT: 842981
CASH BALANCE: 2666.91 (which is correct)
AVAILABLE FUNDS FOR NEW POSITIONS: 0.00 (incorrect)
MARGIN: 0 (incorrect)
ACCOUNT VALUE: 0 (incorrect)
OPEN POSITIONS: 0 (correct)
DAILY PROFIT/LOSS 0 (incorrect...I verified with AMP Futures trade desk my profit this morning was $82.50)
How do I get the BALANCE TAB spreadsheet to show correct values?

Refer to this page:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

Why does it fluctuate when no trades are effecting in real time?
If there is not a Position currently for the Symbol and Trade Account the Trade Window is for, it should not change on current versions of Sierra Chart. However, it will still likely be wrong until you understand how the calculation is done and adjust the starting time for the fills, but it should stay at a fixed value. Is it prefixed with DPL or NPL?

Read through the documentation we linked to above in regards to all of this.

AVAILABLE FUNDS FOR NEW POSITIONS: 0.00 (incorrect)
We will add support for this in the next release when using CQG FIX.

Refer to the documentation here for the Balance tab fields:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Account Monitor Field Descriptions

Some of them are not supported with the service you are using.

To answer your question it is prefixed with DPL, not NPL.

I read through the link you attached, but I did not read how to fix the TRADE>TRADE ORDERS AND POSITIONS>BALANCE TAB issue.
- see attached file for pic of how that BALANCE TAB read at the end of today's trading day. Is this correctable?

The account value cannot be changed. That comes from the CQG system.

It looks as though you are you now using the CQG Web API Service? Use prerelease 1974 which will be releasing in about 20 minutes, and then use the CQG FIX Trading service instead.

No, I'm actually using and have been using the CQG FIX service. Web API does not work for me at all because I trade the E-mini MICROS from the chart using the CHART SETTINGS>TRADE AND CURRENT QUOTE SYMBOL> USE AS TRADE SYMBOL

It is fine to use CQG FIX but regarding the problem you mention with the CQG Web API, refer to:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Solving Contract ID Mapping Error when Submitting Order

We want you to use prerelease 1974.
