Loss of connectivity

Connectivity was lost for a few minutes. Internet connectivity was working. Could you please advise what happened. I am sending a message log.

(If it is relevant to this support line, could you also please advise whether there is a back up that I could use to manage open trades e.g. smart phone app?)

What happened is you are using CQG and that is known to have lots of connectivity issues:

We recommend changing over to this new service:
