I had an issue with historical data for the last two days. I haven't updated recently and you did tell me that I had to update in order for this issue to be resolved. However, I did attempt to update the current version and am getting a message stating "This is the first time you are accessing from this machine". "Device not known". I have been using Sierra charts for many, many years, on the same computers. I've had to restore my computers to a previous date, just to be able to access the charts at all, however, without the overnight session. Please advise.
