Custom Study

I'm downloading a custom study to the data file, and its confirming the download, but its not appearing on the custom studies.

The most common reason for this is that the DLL is either 32 or 64 bit and you are running the opposing version of Sierra Chart (for example, the DLL was compiled as a 32 bit program, but you are running the 64 bit version of Sierra Chart, or vice versa). Check with the developer of the study to determine how it was compiled and then run the appropriate version of Sierra Chart.

the developer tried it and it worked. How can i tell if I'm running the 64 or 32 bit version?

As Ackin states, from within Sierra Chart, select Help >> About from the menus and it will tell you if you are running the 32 or 64 bit version.
