The most common reason for this is that the DLL is either 32 or 64 bit and you are running the opposing version of Sierra Chart (for example, the DLL was compiled as a 32 bit program, but you are running the 64 bit version of Sierra Chart, or vice versa). Check with the developer of the study to determine how it was compiled and then run the appropriate version of Sierra Chart.
