SierraChart lagging compared to OEC Trader (same GAIN feed connection)

Hello, I am comparing SierraChart to OEC Trader (same GAIN feed connection) and SierraChart is always "behind" (chasing) OEC Trader chart (video clip attached). Why is it so? Can it be cos the broker is prioritizing OEC Trade connection to GAIN server since they are both connected at the same time? This lag usually costs $$$ since I am entering using MKT orders as soon as the candle closes I suspect it is a data feed issue more the SC problem but I need an information from you before contacting the broker NOTE: If not the SC problem, please make this ticket public since my broker might need to read this Thanks a lot Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-06-21 11:45:26

We do not think it is going to help to contact Gain Capital about this. Sierra Chart is connected to their FIX FAST server and that is why you see a difference. Sometimes the Gain Capital FAST data feed will lag behind and we have heard that. Next month we are coming out with a new Service Package which includes the Sierra Chart provided CME data feed .
