We do not think it is going to help to contact Gain Capital about this. Sierra Chart is connected to their FIX FAST server and that is why you see a difference. Sometimes the Gain Capital FAST data feed will lag behind and we have heard that. Next month we are coming out with a new Service Package which includes the Sierra Chart provided CME data feed . This is what we recommend you change to to solve this problem.
