How can I manage a broker account with Cqg data and a One Up Trader account with Rithmic data?

First installing the second account information.

Second going back and forth from one account to the other.

When I run a new instance I can only put in the User name and Password. The service is greyed out. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

It sounds like you started a new Sub-Instance (File >> New Instance), rather than installing a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart. You need to have 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart and then setup each one for the particular service you want to use (one for CQG and the other for Rithmic). The instructions for having the multiple installations is found in the link previously - here it is again:
