hi , i am the user of sc chart and also open a trading account in infinity future company(TranAct) . every month , i do the process in the Data trade service setting and connect to the tranAct . then i change it back to Sc chart All data . after that i can use the lower CME data charge . but this month , i do the same process . it said that the user name and password are invalid . BUT its not true . in fact the user name and the password are correct . now i cannot use the CME data . what should i do ? (I also check my trading account in infinity future is normal and is nothing worong . ) |
