Both Amp and CQG asked me to contact SC support, because they could not solve my problem, even through AMP remote support. I am not able to receive realtime cme/cbot data, everything was fine until yesterday. Missing intraday data will be updated when I click connect, but I get an orange popup with the message: symbol is unknown, realtime data for instrument not allowed. No realtime data transmitted. I have two CQG logins for the same account on two different PCs, one connection is fix, the other webapi, both the same problem

I was able to connect again just now, can it have anything to do with the time settings? I am located in Thailand, connection was working just after midnight some minutes ago, may 2. My Pcs are set to Bangkok time, SC timezone is Chicago.

This is an issue your broker will have to resolve. We have several reports of this issue for users using CQG.

I have exactly the same issue and as at right now AMP have still not resolved it with CQG, although it all worked fine pre 1 May.

It is not yet the 2nd May where I am, so will be interested to see if the midnight thing gives me a fix.

I intend to go AMP CQG, right now i am using AMP Rithmic. Will i encounter this problem when i simultaneously use SC exchange datafeed?

At this point, CQG and your broker need to resolve this. This is out of our control and we cannot help with it and we will not provide further help.
