Both Amp and CQG asked me to contact SC support, because they could not solve my problem, even through AMP remote support. I am not able to receive realtime cme/cbot data, everything was fine until yesterday. Missing intraday data will be updated when I click connect, but I get an orange popup with the message: symbol is unknown, realtime data for instrument not allowed. No realtime data transmitted. I have two CQG logins for the same account on two different PCs, one connection is fix, the other webapi, both the same problem
