IB with SC trading ETF problem

Hi there, I'm using Sierra with ib trading stocks without any problem, but I find that when I traded ETFs such as KWEB and GDXJ using chart trading, after i put in a order on the chart, it shows up for a while but then disappears, and I can't drag it to adjust the price either, so the orders didn't get through. Could you tell me what I need to do to fix that please? Thanks!

You probably need to use this format here which specifies the exchange and primary exchange.
