Hello,


I pay in long run version level 5 with SC datafeed for Interactive Brokers account.

Yesterday I payd Combine from TopsStepTrader and I ordered the combine for Sierra Chart software. Today I downladed second verison SC to computer for the Combine. Unpossible to connect the second version of Sierra with CTS and unpossible to connect it with Rithmic All I filled by your and TopStepTrader manual. For CTS T4 FIX I use Username and Password which they sent me by email for T4 Desktop. When I choose Service Rithmic I use Username and Pasword what I use for login to the Combine. Nothing does not work.

How can I connect SC with software for simulation trading of the Combine in case that I have in computer second version of SC for Interactive Brokers?

Could you select File >> Connect to Data Feed and wait about 30 seconds and provide the Message Log again just like you did above.

You will need to make a payment for Usage Time to access the available functionality.

I try the long term using vesrsion of Sierra to disconect from IB and to connect the license with the Rithmic.But that is also unpossible. It means that I have to pay two licences of Sierra and two datafeeds? One for IB and second one for the TopStepTrader? Or can I have one licence only and I can only to change the Username and Rhitmic versus IB?

How to do it pls?

If you already have another Sierra Chart paid account then just use that one. You can use your Sierra Chart username and password with any number of installations of Sierra Chart at the same time on the same system. Refer to:

You do not have to pay for two licenses.
