I started up SC this morning and the message log would not stop scrolling and reading this message: ESH19 Renko 2t #10 | + Error reading record for update Intraday chart. Error reading records from the file C:\SierraChart\Data\ESH19.scid. Error: Windows error code 23: Data error (cyclic redundancy check). | 2019-02-11 20:06:17 I don't know why this happened, but most of my charts will not go past Feb. 6. Thanks, Phil |

You have a serious problem with the storage drive on your system. Shutdown Sierra Chart and resolve this first: Error: Windows error code 23: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
You can run an Internet search for this particular error to learn about how to resolve this. Perhaps just running a Windows Check Disk operation will be enough. And once the error is resolved, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. That sucks, I just bought this computer. I did the windows check and it said it was fine. Could I just use a external hard drive instead of trying to fix the internal one? Thanks, Phil |

Follow these instructions here to delete the ESH19.scid file: Intraday Data Editor: Deleting a Data File This probably will clear up the problem.
