You have a serious problem with the storage drive on your system. Shutdown Sierra Chart and resolve this first: Error: Windows error code 23: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
You can run an Internet search for this particular error to learn about how to resolve this. Perhaps just running a Windows Check Disk operation will be enough. And once the error is resolved, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
