The system wants to charge me twice for my service package in order to add a new exchange. I have an activated package, and activated US Equities exchange, which is paid for this month. I am trying to activate the CME/Globex to add to my service. When doing so the system tells me I need to activate my "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" and charge me for this month. This does not make sense since I already have that activated and paid for. What do I do? Do I go through with activating the "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" even though I already have one activated? Will I be reimbursed for paying twice for this month? Will this screw up my existing connection? |

At this point you have not activated any services related to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, this month at all. For pricing, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Pricing And you would not be paying twice. You can see all of your transactions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog Do I go through with activating the "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" Yes.

I activated the "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" as you said I should. I was charged $28 for 21 days. However, my expiration date did not change. It is still Feb 24th. Also, I have added CME/Globex yet I am not getting data for the ES futures contract. Using symbol ESH9. I logged off and logged on. I also waited hours after adding the exchange. When I check the exchange data feed under control panel it shows the CME/Globex as activated. |

We will check on this for you. We see you are using Interactive Brokers so the proper symbol to use is ES-201903-GLOBEX. Your Sierra Chart usage time will automatically renew in 17 days (2019-02-24), provided the account will still have a sufficient balance for that. The Data feed is active until 2019-03-01. From: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Pricing The costs for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, are separate from Sierra Chart usage time.
