I activated the "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" as you said I should. I was charged $28 for 21 days. However, my expiration date did not change. It is still Feb 24th. Also, I have added CME/Globex yet I am not getting data for the ES futures contract. Using symbol ESH9. I logged off and logged on. I also waited hours after adding the exchange. When I check the exchange data feed under control panel it shows the CME/Globex as activated. |
