Trouble with TD account linking to SC

I have been having a terrible time trying to get real data and back data more than 10 days back. I was a trans Act user and thought Id switch and use my TD account. It didnt work out as well as I had hoped. I am going back to Trans Act since I can still get all the data I want using their server.

I paid for the charting package as well as the CME data for the month. I know the CME is non refundable but how do I get a refund for the monthly package I still have left? Thanks

We cannot offer a refund for this. And we just responded to your other thread about this.

We have told you multiple times, that we are working on historical data for this data feed and it is going to be ready in another day maximum. Should be ready either this evening or tomorrow morning. We have consistently told you this.
