I have been having a terrible time trying to get real data and back data more than 10 days back. I was a trans Act user and thought Id switch and use my TD account. It didnt work out as well as I had hoped. I am going back to Trans Act since I can still get all the data I want using their server. I paid for the charting package as well as the CME data for the month. I know the CME is non refundable but how do I get a refund for the monthly package I still have left? Thanks |
