Hi, I have set up an account via Top Step Trader and am trying to use Custom Studies provided by Rob Hoffman with Become a Better Trader (BBT). I have worked with their support and Top Step Trader and we were not able to get it to work, and it was suggested I reach out to you. BBT did push the Custom Study to my account and it worked for only 1 day. Upon reload of my PC the charts will not display with the custom studies provided by BBT, although they are in the referenced folder on my desktop.

The error message I receive is "CreateStudyDLLModuleFunctionObject Error Loading C:\SierraChart\Data\RobHoffmanTRP.dll. Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found.. Likely missing dependency file."

When I go to "Add a Custom Study" the studies I have access to are not displayed there....however, the .dll file is in the referenced folder so I cannot why the application can't see the files.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Sierra Charts but still have the same issue.

Can you ask the developer of these studies, if there are any other dependent DLL files required. Apparently there are. That is the most likely source of the problem.

Or are you running the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart? Try running the 32-bit version. The shortcut for this is on your desktop and does not have _64 at the end.

Ahha! You hit the nail on the head! I just tested and with 32-bit version, I do not have the issue! Thank you so much for clearing that up!! YOU RULE!! I will let the developer of the custom study know that as well!! MANY THANKS!!
