Can't reconnect

I updated to the new version and now I cannot reconnect to IB. The charts come up, but not active and the upper right corner is yellow and says "waiting to reconnect". I tried to go back and install earlier version (which worked fine until I updated) and still can't connect. Charts won't update.

Most likely the problem is you need to update Trader Workstation to the latest version. Not sure why you cannot connect on a prior version.
