Dear Sir or Madame, Is it possible – that a User Pays for an official statement from Sierra Support, regarding a question? I would be happy and willing to do that – because I am in a transition of switching to Sierra, which I really liked for the most part, but it misses something what is crucial for my edge. For that “missing thing” I opened a request, which was marked as “User Discussion”, without any official Answer. Thank you very much. |

The reason that item was marked as User Discussion was because it is a feature request. We keep track of all the requests, but we just can't get to all of them. Therefore, they are marked as either User Discussion or Programming Help.
