Dear Sir or Madame, Is it possible – that a User Pays for an official statement from Sierra Support, regarding a question? I would be happy and willing to do that – because I am in a transition of switching to Sierra, which I really liked for the most part, but it misses something what is crucial for my edge. For that “missing thing” I opened a request, which was marked as “User Discussion”, without any official Answer. Thank you very much. |
