Permission Denied error with Rithmic

I'm getting a permission denied error when trying to open new symbols in Rithmic. All my existing open charts update with real time trade values fine. Here is the error message: HD Request # 131 - Requesting historical Minute data for GEM3-CME | 2013-04-08 09:04:28 HD Request # 131 - Rithmic service - Error downloading historical Minute data.
