Support,

Started a corporate account structure under "meta Trading"... Created two logins and they are not getting live data.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

We know you had contact with one of our people by email. We need to know if you will be using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

Yes we are looking for live CME Data as part of our logins.

We route orders with Itiviti.

Our company is a netting member with CME so paying for data feeds with our primary provider (Itiviti) covers any other login from another vendor.

Okay that is good. We do support CME netting. So you will not have to pay additional for the exchange fees but this is a process to go through. We need some time though to set this up because the netting support is relatively new and it is something that we realize requires a change on our side so you can avoid paying anything until this is approved, but we will not be able to get that done until the middle of next week.

But if you do not mind paying less than 15USD now we can just begin the process of getting one account approved.

We will follow-up with you tomorrow on details.

Okay. We have two accounts set up and I have a third that needs to be done as well so please get the process going where we pay 15 and then we can roll them into netting once available. Can youbget it done for business tomorrow? Thanks

Do not activate any exchanges.
