I'm trading e-mini S&P and it appears that the intraday chart data from 10/30 11:15a ET to 10/31 1:06p ET somehow disappeared. I've deleted all data and downloaded a few times and have restarted the Sierra platform (I also have the latest version downloaded). You can see the clear gap in price action in the image below and i've pointed out the time axis with red arrows. Do you know how to fix this and prevent it from occurring again? Thanks http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1541008822777.png |

Whatever the cause is, you will find the answer here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data If you have re-downloaded the data fully as you have said, then the only other reason would be the Session Times filtering out the data. But that does not look as though it is the cause. If you need more help, follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
