Okay, we think we know what the problem is. Apparently you installed the prerelease and there is an issue with that where an exception was occurring on startup. What you need to do is just install Sierra Chart again with the installer: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe And do not install the "Prerelease".
