Is there a way for me to set my own default value for this? It looks like it is currently at 2.000000. If I change it and then adjust the scale settings I have to keep changing it when I go back. If not can this please be added as an option to set the default? Please advise. Thanks.

No, this cannot be preset by the user. We will see about an option later on.

Any updates on that option? Each time a new chart opens, the upper or lower values are barely visible (using Numbers Bars). Would be great to have a Default Scale Padding % for all charts. Thank you!

On the Scale Settings is an item for "Default Padding Percentage". Enter the value you want to have as your default in this field.
