SC Support,

I'm wanting to close this account as I have an M2M Algo account and no longer need both accounts as I've transitioned everything over the M2M SC.

The SC data that I pay for is due to renew in the next few days, so I'm kindly asking that the SC data feed(s) be terminated and SC subscription for this account to also be closed and the remaining balance refunded.

Please let me know.

I need to cancel my membership because I found out that my broker also has sierra charts available to us. I do not want to have two accounts can you please cancel my monthly membership?

Since you do not have any funds in your account, it will automatically expire at the end of the current period (September 28, 2021). There is nothing else you need to do.
