WHEN I USE SIERRACHART WHITH TRANSACT,SOMETIMES THE CHARTS STOP AT ONE GIVEN HOUR AND I?VE TO DONE:"DELET AND DOWNLOAD DATA "TO BE IN TIMES AGAIN MAY I KNOW HOW TO GET REGULAR STREAM I DONT THING THAT THE MISTAKE COMES FROM MY HARDWARE BECAUSE WHITH NINJA TRADER THE STREAM IS STILL RUNNING IN THE SAME TIMES

If the data feed has stopped, the only way you would be able to restart it is to select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. Performing a Delete and Download Data operation will only fill in the missing data but then the Chart will still fail to update after that. So if the data feed is actually stopping and does not resume unless you reconnect to the data feed, please contact your broker and have them put you in contact with TransAct support about this.
