Hi, I have attached a image of my DOM for the UK nat gas front month Cal. As you can see the the prices are missing a second decimal place, so you get 10 0.30 prices instead of 0.30,0.31.0.32 etc. Is there a way either yourselves or I can change this to be correct? Will |

We will correct this but for now select Chart >> Chart Settings. Uncheck Auto Set From Data Feed. Set the Price Display Format and Tick Size appropriately. Thanks The other thing I would say is when I place order on the exchange for the calendar they do not always show up accurately on the depth of market. For example if I placed an order at -.54 in the front month cal which was showing at -0.56 on the DOM. Other times it shows up accurately and other times not I all so I think there may be issues somewhere. Also, Although when I place orders they show up in the orders ans positions window in sierra chart but the platform does not seem to be able to recognise fills |

We do not see how we can help with the market depth data. That is simply as it is provided from the Open Feed data feed that we get from Barchart which gets it from the ICE. Also, Although when I place orders they show up in the orders ans positions window in sierra chart but the platform does not seem to be able to recognise fills We need more precise details. We would not expect you to see the Trade Position reported here for a spread trade:http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeStatusWindows.html#PositionsWindow But the fill for the symbol should be in the Trade Activity Log: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLog.php Tell us the symbol you are using in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trade and Current Quote Symbol. No that is not going to help. How do you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trade and Current Quote Symbol set for that trading DOM you posted an image above for? If it is not blank, then the market depth data would be coming from Gain Capital and that would be the problem. This is something we can solve. This is what we currently see for the market depth data: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1526027904481.png If you go to Chart >> Open Market Depth Window you should see the same. Hi that looks to have fixed it. When I place live orders they show up in "orders and positions" but not on the DOM. Why is this?

For live trading you will need to enter the Gain Capital symbol in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trade and Current Quote Symbol . As we explained previously, this will cause the market depth data to no longer display on that particular Trading DOM but we are going to add an option to control that. Should not take us longer than a couple of weeks. And until then just use a separate chart or Trading DOM to view the market depth data. Should not take us longer than a couple of weeks. It is Chart >>Chart Settings >>Use as Trade Only Symbol . When enabled, you will still get the current market depth and bid and ask prices from the SC Exchange Data Feed updating within the same chart or trading DOM when you have set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to a different symbol.
